like the B&W treatment and i like the texture on the guitar...
but i would say the position/pose of the hand and head/face can be better.. especially the hand/fingers look a bit weird.. maybe if you can show a little bit of the face and move the hand/fingers to the front of the guitar slightly.. just try to tell a bit more of a story?

not bad! but i find the composition a bit too "flat" if you know what i mean.
What about move the guitar a bit to make the picture a bit more 3D? and more emphasis on the texture of the old guitar?
