Manual mode 1/6s f/16 ISO200. Custom WB. Used black card to selectively reduce the exposure of the sky. Straight JPG from camera.
Very nice shot!

Was the top left corner where you used the black card?

Love the sun rays through the clouds!
The black card was placed horizontally and removed vertically.

i did check my test shot without using black card, there are still a few patches near top left that is a lot darker than the rest of the sky.
but it does look like i need to clean my sensor haaaaa
Day 21 - Black Brick

I normally don't shoot car photos with 50mm lens as i find it very hard to take good car photos with a standard lens (on a full frame camera). But i have no other choice this time so I have to see what i can do. I picked an old suburb area as background for the car. The placement of the car means i can shoot at f/1.4 and still have the most of the car in focus so the car can stand out a bit more from the slightly blurred background. WB was set at 7140K to create a slightly warm colour tone. Unfortunately i forgot to bring my CPL filter but lucky it was an overcast day.
Straight JPG from camera.
Nice shot. Ellerslie Car fair car park! You managed to get the whole car in focus at F1.4!
haa yeah it was a bit of challenge as i only had about 20 minutes to find a location and tale this photo. i think this is the first time i shot a car photo at f/1.4
