How do you store your gear?

Any particular thing to keep an eye out for? I am guessing humidity?
I just keep them in my camera bag. I use my camera gear regular enough so i don't think i'll have problem with mold or fungus.
Same, keep mine in my think tank. I open it up quite a bit so I haven't had much problems with mould or fungi.
I keep mine in a plastic bin with the moisture hippo thing inside. I use the gear quite a bit. I need a proper camera bag for my gear!
In a plastic bin? I assume your gear is all wrapped up in clothes or what not?
Is Japan quite humid?

People keep saying here (Auckland) is humid but i personally find it's a lot drier than a lot other countires.
Its a plastic bin with a lid that is only used FOR camera gear. I have the moisture hippo thing inside.

Japan isn't humid, its drier than NZ. NZ you need a dehumidifier, over here, I need a HUMIDIFIER. haha. But even then, I still try to keep the gear dry.

The moisture hippo thing fills up 500ml of water every 6 months of so.
When storing my photographic gear, I keep bags of desiccant (silica gel) inside the camera bag. So far, I haven't had any moisture or fungus problems.
