Seriously I recommend you to just order it from some sort of lab.
I got Canon photo printer in home and it was expensive 2 years back and inks killing me.
I just send photos by net now and it's cheaper and better.
And you can't have prints bigger then A3 in home unless you are rich. And I used to send some big prints for competition / gallery show and I will never get that quality in home.
There is a company called CeWe (they get TIPA award all the time) and you should find who in your country use their service.
For instance EMPIK, Rossman, Fotojoker in Poland use CeWe to make their prints.
Oh and if you want get printer anyway get EPSON !

I am having HP Photo printer at my home. It is cheaper and having better quality. The photos taken from this printer are excellent.
