Day 03 - Pre Sakura
![[Image: 090915 Day03.jpg]](http://www.drawphotography.com/images/090915 Day03.jpg)
Took this image yesterday while I was waiting for my next shoot. Nothing really special, just underexposed the entire picture and used a flash to light light the subject. The reason for this shot is I want to start practicing for the Sakura season happening in Cornwall park, just playing around with the camera to see how to capture the flower.
Again, no post process, straight out of camera image.
Shot with 24-70mm @ 55mm (oopss i thought i had it on 70mm... damn)
ISO: 100
f16
1/200s
1 remote flash @ 1/4th power.
Day 04 - The Shed
![[Image: 090916 Day04.jpg]](http://www.drawphotography.com/images/090916 Day04.jpg)
Feeling a bit creative tonight, always wanted to do something like that... was running out of time as it was getting too dark, and i think the zoom was set to 66mm rather than 70mm!!! damn, i need to make sure i turn the barrel full next time. Didn't have much time to set the scene up, and the picture could've been a lot better if shot with low wide-angle... oh well, good strobe practice.
Again, no post process, straight out of camera image.
Shot with 24-70mm @ 66mm
ISO: 100
f7.1
30s
1 300W studio flash at full power inside shed, after the flash has fired, the ambient is by the modelling lamp to give it a yellow glow.
1 remote flash mounted on stand fired from above and behind the shed at 1/2th power.
1 remote flash hand held at 1/8th power to give the edge of the doorway a glow.
1 me running into the shed and fired the flash while the shutter is open.

Day05 - Morning Coffee
![[Image: 090917 Day05.jpg]](http://www.drawphotography.com/images/090917 Day05.jpg)
This is my morning coffee shot (both the camera and myself), fairly standard type of shot, shifted the colour balance a bit to give more warmth in the photo, deliberately over exposed the coffee machine with flash to replicate the sun strike.
Shot with 24-70mm @ 70mm
ISO: 200
f2.8
1/25s
1 flash fired at 1/64 diffused through a tupperware lid. (I was in the kitchen and it came in handy.. infact it is a very good diffuser....)
