I am not sure if the first picture is from a pros or not. I know the second pic is from a guy that is a hobby photographer. Lots of $$$

Most pros i know don't really have a lot of gears!!
They usually just have 2-3 zoom lenses + 1-2 prime lenses at most.
Pros worry more about how much $$$ they can make than how much gear they'll need. If 2 lenses can do the job fine, then they'll try 1 lens next time
it's the amature photographers like us that normally has a lot of very expensive gears!!!
