Currently there are lacking NZ forums for photography. I can try to get NZ users to join the forum.
Did you try that Google web admin thing?

You could announce it in the 'news' section of
http://www.hellophoto.co.nz which is a newly started NZ photography site which just joined up with Dphoto . I don't think they'd mind you letting Nikon users know there is a site for them in NZ .

Not entirely true there is
Photographers Online NZ and also
Hellophoto which have been established and have quite a few members. Might want to share the love there too and mix in mingle with photographers who love photography and own different brands. Maybe organise a 3 forum meetup. That would be awesome@!!!!!
