what's that 2nd building? looks very scary. nice (scary i mean) atmosphere!
That's the building from hiroshima where the a-bomb was dropped? I like how you captured it!
yeah i like the 2nd picture too!
yeah that is one of the only buildings that was left standing (what's left of it) after the A-bomb hit.

very surreal and eye-opening monument.

Previous shot of Golden Pavilion was a bit soft. I think this one is a bit more on point.

the Golden Pavilion shot looks nice. shame about the overcast sky Sad
the 2nd shot, i find the background a bit too "busy" what lens were you using? i would probably underexpose it slightly so i can see a bit more details of the flowers

and i like the last shot, don't know why... just like it.
^yeah the bane of our trip, the overcast, crappy looking sky!

2nd shot was on a 17-55 f/2.8. Probably wide open as usual.

heh heh, last shot was taken whilst waiting for my Beard Papas. Just happened to look up and see that ghostly-looking viaduct. In the middle of Shinjuku i think?
don't you hate crappy weather when you are travelling? oh well, it's not something we can control!
but i still like your Golden Pavilion picture!

and i agree i find that 2nd shot's background quite nervous/busy as well
