Sorry to hear about the bad shoulders and neck. That would make the choices a little less easy for you. I hope you find a comfortable one.

Just thought I'd add onto here that I ended up getting the Flipside 400 for xmas thanks to my lovely girlfriend Smile
It's a great bag and it the main bag I use now. I find that I'm actually getting a lot more use out of my 70-200 as well now because before the only bag I had that would hold it was a single shoulder bag and it just wasn't worth the pain.

Only issue I have is that the tripod holder isn't great, my Manfrotto 190 won't really sit it in properly.
When I get time I can throw up some pics and a short proper review if anyone is interested.
