Thx all. Those arch things actually are arches. I tried to make the photo again this weekend with my new 24-70 f/2.8 but unfortunately, they took away all the floats out of the water until spring, so they killed my position. Will have to wait a few months, darn ...

did you use any filter? the lights have a very nice star shape.

only ISO 200, no special filter (had always just an UV-filter on the lens), the stars appear because of f/8 and the long exposure
