I use my 70-200 alot and I find that I keep running out of reach and always wanting to go a little LONGER. How many of you use 200mm or 300mm and find that it is sufficient?

I do use the 70-200 on my D700 for portraits, people and landscape, but for sport I chuck it on the D90 to get extra 50% reach. I still find it is NOT enough!

Maybe time to get something with more reach?

200mm on a full frame camera is really not that long... definitely not enough!

on a DX camera, it's a lot better but of course i won't complain if i can get a bit more reach!

on the other hand, 200mm on my GF1 seems quite good Big Grin
Never enough.
My 500 feels so short at times Big Grin

When you going to give us some sample shots?? I think the 150-500 seems like a good well priced alternative!!! Review + SHots please!! thanks!! haha
should try some teleconverters they will all fit onto your 70-200 Smile. nikkor teleconverters are the best, and good range too.
