my brother just bought the 70-200 VR2... if i managed to steal his.. then i'll sell you mine cheaply
okay but seriously, i saw lots of them pops up on the auction sites, some of the price seems really reasonable.
hm.. or maybe i'll really get a VR2 myself after playing with his one.. then i'll sell mine.. oh i hope not...

I've been watching trademe like a hawk, some of them are looking for quite alot of money, especially since the VRII has came out. Well if you are selling yours, I'll be waiting eagerly for it!
I would rather buy from someone I know though (i.e. from here), so I have an idea of how the lens has been handled and what the photographer used it for.
haa okay yes i know what you mean you prefer to buy from someone you know.
But then seriously i don't think i'll be upgrading to VR2 anytime soon. it's just too expensive and i don't mind the flaws of this "old" 70-200VR.
I rather use the $$$ to buy something i don't have.. like a wide angle lens, the 24mm f/1.4 looks amazing!!! (price is amazing too
) or i really want a 135DC despite it's bad CA problem...
