We went to see a concert last night. It's a famous band from Taiwan called "五月天 Mayday" and last night was the first stop of their Australia/New Zealand tour.
Left the D700 at home and only brought the Panasonic GF1 with me. I actually brought my Nikon 85mm f/1.4 lens with me and was going to use it on my GF1.. but i forgot to bring the adaptor so end up using the GF1 + 20mm kit lens to shoot all the photos Sad

All photos are JPG straight from camera with no editing.

p.s. it seems GF1's metering and auto white balance is better than i thought.

Why didn't you take the D700?

But the shots look pretty impressive for the GF1!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
I didn't take the D700 because i didn't want to take the 70-200 lens.
i was thinking the GF1 + 85 f/1.4 would give me 170mm f/1.4 at a much smaller size... oh well...
Wow, you must've been pretty close to the stage! GOod performance from the GF1 though
