I took some shots for a school sports day. Took 1800 shots! The most I have ever taken at one event. I took the 70-200 and Tamron 17-35 with me. I did some running with the 70-200 attached to the D700 and I was holding the whole setup just by the body, I am surprised the 70-200 didn't fall off !

I didn't bother even processing the shots.

D700 AF is very impressive! I put it in 51 point a/f and let the camera do the work!



Parents with D3 and 200-400 F4 VR..... Nice...

I decided to keep this lens, I was previously planning on selling it. But since it is no longer in production, I thought I would keep it. It is rather handy for those fish-eye looking shots!



SB600 to provide fill flash.



I realise the slight vignetting. Nothing I can do about it.
