Good reading, thanks guys!
I think the one that everyone keeps referring to is the Link Delight one. The Amazon one is apparently the same as the Link Delight one.
I use the grip on and off for the D200. It's too cumbersome sometimes when I want to go do events or carry it around for a day, because I carry it in my sling school bag. So I take the grip off then. If i'm purposely going out to shoot something, then the grip goes on. Grip is much more comfortable, but hard to take out and makes your camera look large, when I don't want it to be so obvious
the MB-D10 is awesome...i even think a D300/700 + grip combo feels more comfortable at hands than a D3...not kidding, D3 grip is a bit small to hold.
I use grip when I am doing some intense shooting such as event, wedding and portrait. For walk around I would prefer to leave it at home as it looks a bit too professional / high profile
I actually prefer the feel of my MB-D10 compared to the body of the D700. Anybody else prefer the grip over the body?

Yes the D300/700 + grip is larger than the D3.. if your hands are of decent size, definitely the D300/700 + grip feels more comfortable!!

How can you prefer the grip over the body!!! LOL
I like the feel of the MB-D10 a lot too.
Very often the grip feels a bit plastic/weak compare to the camera it's attached to... but it's definitely not the case for the MB-D10!!!
