the 2nd shot looks like you have the camera focused was on the umbrella not the face
hey Michael,
yeah i like your 3rd photo the most. That photo captured a city scene quite well. My small complain would be you've cut off people's legs in the photo.

1st photo is quite nice. It would be even better if the lady actually look at the dog

For the 2nd photo, were you shooting it at f/1.8? be careful when shooting at large aperture as the depth of field is really quite narrow and it's very easy to mess up the focus point. If you are having a lot of photos that is out of focus, try shooting with a smaller aperture first like f/2.8 then once you are more confident with your focus technique/control, you can go back to a large aperture (like f/1.8) if you want

and keep them coming!
