Have you guys played around with this much? You need the right type of photo to start with, something with good elevation and reasonably wide angle. Here are a couple I did last night with some old photos, am keen to shoot a couple more soon with this PP method in mind.

lighthouse looks really good.

you really do need elevation to make the pic for reals though. Also quite hard to fake the slim DoF feel you get from TS lenses.

I don't get it.
What does it do?
arcspace: basically you take a picture took with a normal lens, then apply blur to the foreground and background area (but not the midground), which give you similar result as if you take the picture with a tilt shift lens. If you pick the right type of photos, the resulted photo will look like photo of miniature model.
