I have no idea what it looks like.
Could someone post a pic, please.
Moisture Hippo!
Or just get some large silica gel packs?

I also use a water proof sealed hardcase with silica gel. I got a HPRC case from progear not too long ago. I feel much better sealing my lenses away in there than I did just leaving them lying around in the bottom of my wardrobe in a camera bag!
I use a box with the Hippo thing inside.
Thanks for the info guys. I did not know this about storing lenses/cameras...
I guess it depends on your climate. If you have lots of humidity, then you might get mould growing in your lenses.
i keep my camera and lens in the bag but always take out the lens
and put the covers for now
i think...for having a little camera equipment, we can put a bag of silica gel in a sealed box , while hard to control volume of silica, if heavy ,will make damping liquid inside camera too dry to damage.so also can make use of a hygrometer to care out.
of cause ,it is more convenient of using a dry cabinet to control humidity and watch temperature for us who have more cameras , optic lens ,films and other equipments.
yes a sealed box + silica is probably the cheaper way to store the camera gear,
but if you live in more humid area, then probably dry cabinet is still the best and easiest way to go.
