ISO 800?
If its not 12800 then I say its on the hi ISO expansion of 25600

Because the picture just looks way too grainy for the D700 if the ISO was anything between 1200-6400...
not too grainy, this is ISO 6400, I still guess it's lower

Example for 6400 (really bad light there, and if that wasn't bad enought: only red!)

DRAW got it right! it's ISO 25600!

Previously i almost never use ISO 12800 or above with my D700. Highest i would use is probably around ISO8000 or so, But i got a few chances to shot at pretty dim environment recently and can't really use flash. So i tried shooting at ISO 12800+ and quite surprised by the results! The only thing is, at such dim environment and high ISO, you really have to get everything 100% correct, the exposure, the autofocus, the white balance..etc
So yeah, NEVER underexpose the photo, best to turn on the focus assist light (even though i didn't at the above photo), and always shoot at raw so you can finetune the white balance
