Comment and Critique.
1 lonely portrait. Just a random shot.
I like the shot with the lights in the bokeh, sunset behind the tree. Just D700 and 24-70, no flash.

nice photo! composition is good, colour is good, exposure is good.
Now my critiques:
1. I would have zoom a bit closer and remove a bit of sky from the top.
2. Underexpose the photo by 1 EV or so, and use a flash on the model to compensate that so the model will have the same brightness, but the background is underexposed to increase the saturation especially to bring out the colour from the sunset sky.
3. the bokeh in the background (car headlight?) seems a bit distracting and my eyes got attracted to it .

The shot EXIF is, I should have fired the flash to fill to get the colour in the background.
1/160, F2.8, -1.0 EV, ISO640, 48mm, spot metering.
Those were street lights / car lights, I took the shot from that angle to add those in, but they are a little distracting!
